Huum HIVE Heat Series Sauna Stove
HIVE Heat 12 is a highly efficient wood-burning sauna stove for smaller saunas from 212 to 459 cubic feet. It has a unique structure where fresh air is directed into the burning process from above to create a stronger flame. This allows exceptionally clean burning so that no wood gas escapes the chimney as it does with less efficient stoves. The furnace door is made of cast iron for extreme durability and easy maintenance. HIVE Heat complies with BimSchV II, the strict German standard for wood-burning stoves, to ensure safety and quality. The HIVE Heat sauna stove is treated only with natural oils, without the use of chemicals.
The LS Version features a through-the-wall firebox extension that that allows firewood to be inserted from outside the sauna, eliminating the need to bring wood into the sauna room.

When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at customercare@nordicasauna.com.

What if my shipment is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to customercare@nordicasauna.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations of customer orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds & Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns or exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on.
I'm very happy with the Huum Hive Heat! It looks great, works well, and was easy to install. My only complaints are that I came up at least a box of rocks short from filling the cage, and it's tough to add logs to an existing fire without embers falling out. I used three 12"x24" tiles and bullnose under mine, but embers still ended up bouncing onto the wood floor until I created an embers screen by drilling 5/16" holes in a 1/4" 8-3/4"x4" aluminum plate that I place between the front door and sides. Nordica and Huum came through by sending an extra box of sauna rocks so I've bumped my review to 5 stars. It's an awesome, fast heating, and beautiful stove in my homemade barrel sauna!

The making of HUUM stoves requires a lot of manual work
Since we got a little creative with our stoves, it isn’t really possible to produce them in fully automated process lines. Getting all the metal rods into the right length, the right thickness and bent in the right shape means a lot of manual work for the metal workers. Our stoves are made of stainless steel and go through shot blasting and acid treatment in order to get their final refined appearance.

Received the pallet and all looked okay, except 2 boards were extremely bowed which shortened the length just enough so they do not fit into each side of the grooves. The barrel remains unfinished because I cant place them into a V because it's absurd the amount of warping wont let them meet and sit into the grooves. Smells great.
Bought this on a whim, best spontaneous decision ever made. My boyfriend and I love ending our day with a workout and sauna session. Our sleeping has improved and our overall mood has improved.
We have had our FD2 for a few weeks now and love it. The health benefits alone are worth the investment.

I sure like this heater. My fifth sauna heater in 44 years . Well designed . The other brands I have had were not designed as good as this one .
It was really high quality and good looking product. If there anything need to be improved is the installation guide may need a bit more specific.
I really like the Harvia sauna I purchased from Nortica .
I am only using the infrared because my traditional heater unit has still not arrived. However, I will tell you that the sauna was certainly worth the wait. It heats up very quickly within 30 minutes. It’s at 160 to 170 Fahrenheit. The shipping has taking a little long, but other than that this is as good as it gets.
I bought Auroom outdoor Sauna, it was really good. Good looking plus energy efficient. My family enjoyed it a lot.

Love the sauna…boy oh boy does this thing heat up. The panel in the floor can almost get too warm for comfort when touching it barefoot. Delivery was quick and set up is super simple. You do need two people not for the weight but just the awkward large size and to hold the initial panels in place while you snap the clasps together. Control panel can be access inside or outside which is a feature I love. You can connect your sound via bluetooth. Only drawback is that you cant turn on remotely to warm up.

It was by and large a great experience. (except for a couple of relatively minor issues:1) bracket that came for the heater was incorrect and meant for a smaller heating unit; fortunately we adjusted the bracket that came with the heating unit and managed to get it to fit snugly. 2) there was a crack on the water container but Nordica sauna was so gracious in getting a new one out. Thank you!
I was amazed at how the shipment was so carefully packaged. However, I would urge the manufacturers to get better on the instructions. Some parts were difficult to follow.
Overall I recommend this sauna to anyone thinking g of getting one. I especially recommend Nordica sauna. They were amazingly responsive every step of the way. 🙏👍🏼👌

More so a 2 person sauna and this doesn’t have Bluetooth. I can’t hear calls inside and the music isn’t the clearest. I have to use a Aux cord to connect music. However, loving the sauna. It gets very hot and I enjoy sitting in it. It won’t let you extend 60 mins but you can keep raising it. I am 5’8 and can stand up (barely) in the sauna. Not the largest sauna to stand up in if you’re taller than that. Otherwise, very happy with my new sauna that I have on my terrace.
