The Harvia M Series Wood Stove Sauna Heater with Exterior Feed features a glass door that allows the glowing fire to create a cozy fireplace feel. This unique design allows for the stove to be heated from outside the sauna, creating a relaxing ambiance while your sauna heats up on the other side of the wall. The Harvia M3 SL stove (WKM3SL) provides strong steam for small home saunas. Its stone compartment ensures efficient steam and a quick heat-up time. With adjustable legs, installation is made easier - the smoke outlet can be easily positioned at the proper height. An optional chimney-mounted water heater is available for the stove. The exterior of the stove is constructed with stainless steel.

When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at customercare@nordicasauna.com.

What if my shipment is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to customercare@nordicasauna.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations of customer orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds & Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns or exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. Harvia KIP45B 4.5kW Electric Sauna Heater with Built-In Controls
From the price, to the fast shipping and the set up, this sauna was great. It came nicely packaged and was quite easy to assemble. Gets nice and hot, great light therapy and the BT speakers are quality. Only downside was the assembly instructions aren’t very detailed so if you’re not a DIY person it might be difficult. Still, had the boxes open and ready to power up in less than 2 hours.
Our stove had arrived at the transport facility 10 days ago and is still there!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, they are not delivering! Said they would call back and haven't we are disgusted, wish we wouldn't' have ordered from your company since we don't have the product.
I had a very tight space to fit this particular sauna into, but with only a little squeezing, everything fit together, snapped together, hooked together, and it fits perfectly with even a little room to spare! It even slides just enough that if I have to get to the plug/GFI, I can without any trouble. It looks wonderful in the space, isn't out of place, and is aesthetically the "right fit."
I've had this for 2 weeks now, and I use it after every workout (4-5 times a week). I am so glad it's the kind of IR sauna that includes heat; sweat and warmth is an integral part of the benefit I'm after, not just the IR waves. It warms up quickly, and includes enough space inside for me to sit comfortably in several different positions in order to get various legs, shoulders, and hips near the heat/IR emitters. The stereo, while BT-enabled, isn't the highest-end device, but it plays music and helps set a relaxing mood even if it's not a hi-fi stereo (that it's really just an after-market car stereo both makes sense - those can handle high temps! - and is just a little funny to me...in a good way.
I absolutely recommend buying 2 of the ergonomic backrests. No matter how you put those in the cabin, they don't touch the emitters and they keep your body parts from hitting the emitters too; like when I sit sideways, one keeps my back off the sensitive panels and the other keeps my leg or knee from hitting the panels too. More, they keep your skin from hitting the wood slats that hold the panels in place, which themselves get *hot hot hot* to the touch.
This sauna has been, so far, worth every penny. I use it, my sons (both athletes in school) use it, my wife uses it...pretty much everyone but my cat! And he's curious about it (but I don't think kitties should use saunas). Fits tight spaces and still has enough room in the cabin that all 6-ish feet of me fits fine and comfortably for all the benefits that heat and IR can give!

Used for the first time yesterday, heated the sauna well, no complaints, and it looks very attractive. The directions it comes with are a disaster, and you will basically be putting it together by yourself, fortunately there are YouTube videos out there that helped greatly, otherwise I would have been completely lost. Also, the manual says you need a 50A breaker, but the module box has a sticker that says 60A, so again more confusion from Huum
Everything from Nordica went great. The SaunaLife X7 had 2 walls with warped wood which made assembly difficult and close to impossible but we were able to muscle it together. Not sure if I would order another SaunaLife product
It takes a long time to heat up. Almost a hour from being in a room that is 68 degrees
These are a must in the infrared saunas.. makes it more comfortable to lean back.

The panel appears to be slightly defective as the plastic is delaminating and there is separation at the seams of the unit. Who wants to admit he spent $300 on a seat cushion? Nordica's request for a review gave me a rueful chuckle.
That said, it does make the FD-1 seat much more comfortable, particularly after I extended the seat 2 inches out from the rear wall, giving much needed support and eliminating the falling-forward feeling I had with the seat inserted fully to the wall.
So I'm glad I bought the damned thing, taking off a star only to assuage my chagrin at my profligacy.
This sauna is something else man. It couldn’t have come into my life at a better time. I was at an all time low, but it has brought back in the light. Thank you, Nordica.
I don’t use it but my wife does. She loves it! We kept them in the living room until the sauna was built because they smell awesome!
We love our new sauna. It does take a bit of time to heat up-probably about 30 mins. Someone in the family has used it almost everyday since we put it together two weeks ago. It will be used all winter long!
