The Georgian Cabin Sauna, part of the Canadian Timber Collection, is handcrafted by Leisurecraft from Eastern White Cedar which is lighter in color and has tight knots in the wood. The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.
Order Changes & Returns Policy
Dundalk LeisureCraft products are made to order. As such, the following applies to their products.
Order Cancelation Policy
1) Up to 14 days from order entry – you can cancel the order without penalty
2) After 14 days, a $65.00 cancelation fee will apply (item #: ORDCAN)
3) Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be canceled
4) For all Canadian Timber Collection products, Dealers will have 24 hours to cancel the order for
the $65.00 cancelation fee (item#: ORDCAN)
Order Change Policy
1) Up to 14 days from order entry – you can edit/change the order without penalty
2) After 14 days, a $65.00 edit/change fee would apply (item#: ORDCHA)
a. Examples: adding removing products, adding removing options, changing the ship to
address, changing the shipping method, etc.
3) Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be edited or changed
4) After the product has shipped, if the Dealer/Customer wants to change the ship to address, a
$250 fee will apply (#ADDCHANGE)
5) For all Canadian Timber Collection products, Dealers will have 24 hours to change the order for
the $65.00 change fee (item#: ORDCHA). After 24 hours, the order can not be changed.
Return Policy
1) Our stated return policy is: We do not accept returns
a. It is very expensive to return products back across the border
2) If a product must be returned to the factory, the following will apply:
a. 20% Restocking fee
b. Dealer/customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs to the factory
c. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition
d. Leisurecraft will inspect the product upon return and Leisurecraft will be the sole
decider of the condition of the product and the amount of the refund
Customer Refusal to Accept Delivery
1) If a customer refuses delivery and the Dealer asks Leisurecraft for assistance in selling the product to another Dealer, the following will apply:
a. 15% Restocking charge
b. Dealer will be responsible for all shipping and rerouting costs to the new delivery
address

Please remember to double check your order confirmation that is emailed to avoid any issues with the orders after 14 days. We appreciate your business and accept the fact that we might also occasionally make a mistake on your order. Any order change or cancelation fees will not apply in this scenario.

We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).

It was a great experience! The sauna was erected in no time - it took my wife and myself 2 days. We used the sauna already 6 Times and we’re super happy. We decided to use a wooden fired stove to avoid extra cost for installing the electric wires. As a very experienced sauna user I can only highly recommend that sauna kit and Nordicasauna! One of the rare experiences of how customer support should look like. Five stars for excellent communication and handling.

From the price, to the fast shipping and the set up, this sauna was great. It came nicely packaged and was quite easy to assemble. Gets nice and hot, great light therapy and the BT speakers are quality. Only downside was the assembly instructions aren’t very detailed so if you’re not a DIY person it might be difficult. Still, had the boxes open and ready to power up in less than 2 hours.
Our stove had arrived at the transport facility 10 days ago and is still there!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, they are not delivering! Said they would call back and haven't we are disgusted, wish we wouldn't' have ordered from your company since we don't have the product.
I had a very tight space to fit this particular sauna into, but with only a little squeezing, everything fit together, snapped together, hooked together, and it fits perfectly with even a little room to spare! It even slides just enough that if I have to get to the plug/GFI, I can without any trouble. It looks wonderful in the space, isn't out of place, and is aesthetically the "right fit."
I've had this for 2 weeks now, and I use it after every workout (4-5 times a week). I am so glad it's the kind of IR sauna that includes heat; sweat and warmth is an integral part of the benefit I'm after, not just the IR waves. It warms up quickly, and includes enough space inside for me to sit comfortably in several different positions in order to get various legs, shoulders, and hips near the heat/IR emitters. The stereo, while BT-enabled, isn't the highest-end device, but it plays music and helps set a relaxing mood even if it's not a hi-fi stereo (that it's really just an after-market car stereo both makes sense - those can handle high temps! - and is just a little funny to me...in a good way.
I absolutely recommend buying 2 of the ergonomic backrests. No matter how you put those in the cabin, they don't touch the emitters and they keep your body parts from hitting the emitters too; like when I sit sideways, one keeps my back off the sensitive panels and the other keeps my leg or knee from hitting the panels too. More, they keep your skin from hitting the wood slats that hold the panels in place, which themselves get *hot hot hot* to the touch.
This sauna has been, so far, worth every penny. I use it, my sons (both athletes in school) use it, my wife uses it...pretty much everyone but my cat! And he's curious about it (but I don't think kitties should use saunas). Fits tight spaces and still has enough room in the cabin that all 6-ish feet of me fits fine and comfortably for all the benefits that heat and IR can give!

Used for the first time yesterday, heated the sauna well, no complaints, and it looks very attractive. The directions it comes with are a disaster, and you will basically be putting it together by yourself, fortunately there are YouTube videos out there that helped greatly, otherwise I would have been completely lost. Also, the manual says you need a 50A breaker, but the module box has a sticker that says 60A, so again more confusion from Huum
Everything from Nordica went great. The SaunaLife X7 had 2 walls with warped wood which made assembly difficult and close to impossible but we were able to muscle it together. Not sure if I would order another SaunaLife product
It takes a long time to heat up. Almost a hour from being in a room that is 68 degrees
These are a must in the infrared saunas.. makes it more comfortable to lean back.

I have reached out to customer service regarding my malfunctioning control panel with no help or response from customer service. The panel appears to be slightly defective as the plastic is delaminating and there is separation at the seams of the unit. We wanted a bench we could lie down on. Wanted a view. Wanted a quality product that would withstand the elements. Kept coming back to the Saunalife saunas. We bought the EE6G and love it. Turned a Dead Space in the yard into an awesome location! No regrets.

Who wants to admit he spent $300 on a seat cushion? Nordica's request for a review gave me a rueful chuckle.
That said, it does make the FD-1 seat much more comfortable, particularly after I extended the seat 2 inches out from the rear wall, giving much needed support and eliminating the falling-forward feeling I had with the seat inserted fully to the wall.
So I'm glad I bought the damned thing, taking off a star only to assuage my chagrin at my profligacy.
This sauna is something else man. It couldn’t have come into my life at a better time. I was at an all time low, but it has brought back in the light. Thank you, Nordica.
I don’t use it but my wife does. She loves it! We kept them in the living room until the sauna was built because they smell awesome!
We love our new sauna. It does take a bit of time to heat up-probably about 30 mins. Someone in the family has used it almost everyday since we put it together two weeks ago. It will be used all winter long!
Have always read good things about regular sauna use but never had the extra time or felt guilty for using the extra time in the sauna at the gym. My use there was spotty at best. Now that I have access to our own Sauna it has become a daily ritural and is something that I look forward to. I sleep better, my skin feels and looks better and I have had less respiratory issues than I have had in years past, espeically during these cold winter months. If you are on the fence, just do it! Your health is important and doing something good for yourself is not thowing away money, its an investment in your wellbeing and that friends is invaluable!
The sauna showed up on a massive pallet and was rolled into my garage by the delivery driver. Everything was very securely packaged and I had no damaged parts. Assembly was fairly easy, and two of us had the whole process completed in about 1.5 hours, although you will likely need 3-4 people to get the boxes off the pallet. The sauna is very high quality and is a wonderful wellness treat for our family!
This is a quality product. Definitely a project to put together but amazing in the end. Extremely well made. Couldn’t be happier with this sauna
I ordered my 2nd Auroom sauna from nordica after a great first experience. 2nd order took much longer than expected due to delays from suppliers but they were communicative throughout. They did what they could to make it right and that’s all you can ask for as a buyer.
Engineered great EXCEPT for the fact that the chimney connection should fit inside of the pipe not over it. Could be a potential problem at some point. The stove itself is nice and works well.
I’ve used the sauna quite a few times. I put a digital thermometer in there. And the temp reads about 138. Not 150 like the sauna thermometer says. That’s a little disappointing
Good looking compared to others, works well. Easy to install. The instructions could definitely use improvement.
On the expensive side, but there aren't many options.
I recommend a hearth pad underneath the heater and not placed directly on a combustible surface.
