SunRay Saunas carries a 7-year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department atwarranty@sunraysaunas.com.
The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the entire structure of the sauna including the heating elements. The radio is covered by a limited 1-Year Warranty. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas outside void the warranty.
Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."
The client must check the goods immediately after delivery. The client must submit a written notice of claims to the supplier within two (2) weeks of discovering the defect or the moment when the defect should have been discovered.
Do not modify the structure of this product. With this product you can only use manufacturer-recommended accessories! Failure to comply with the manual or fire safety regulations can result in a fire or damage to the sauna heater. More detailed information about the fire safety regulations can be obtained from the regional branch of the rescue board, for instance.
The product shall be carefully inspected. Improper use of the product is for instance wrong adjustment of the draft, too large a quantity of firewood burnt in the firebox, too long heating time, wrong arrangement of stones (too much or too tight) and use of salty water ( for instance sea water). The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use of the sauna heater

When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us atcustomercare@nordicasauna.com.

What if my shipment is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to customercare@nordicasauna.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations of customer orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds & Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns or exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.

We just got our Sauna built by our contractor and I absolutely am in love! I also love the HUUM heater, it really gets warm inside. The smell is fantastic (of the wood).
It’s very traditional looking and fits so nicely on the side of our house. We also had our first rain last week where it dumped and the roof and everything held up beautifully as you can see there’s a step under the sauna, and that did not come with a kit my contractor built that out of the extra wood as they do send a couple of extra pieces in case there’s any damage and shipment.
If you're looking for a quality, traditional sauna then I highly recommend you purchase from Nordica. Their customer service is hands-down the best- John and Matthew were incredibly responsive both before and after our purchase, which gave us a lot of confidence.
We wanted a clean, traditional sauna without chemicals, and this was exactly what we were looking for. With John's help, we chose the Saunalife 3 person cube, and it's the perfect size. We don't have a large backyard, so it was important to find something that fit well in a smaller space without feeling overwhelming. It fits beautifully and still allows for me and my husband to sit very comfortably - although he enjoys having it to himself so that he can fully stretch out.
Assembly took a few days, and aside from a few minor issues with the instructions, everything went smoothly. The materials are high quality and the wood smells amazing. Our HUUM Drop Series 7.5kW heater heats from 60 to about 175 degrees F in 15-20 minutes.
I'm actually excited to wake up for my 5 am workouts now, knowing I can relax in the sauna afterward - it's been a wonderful addition to our routine. HIGHLY recommend!
We love our new sauna! Firstly, I want to say the staff at Nordica Sauna was incredibly helpful in guiding our decision making and delivery process. They also quickly answered a few questions for us post delivery. Krizza, our sales consultant, was wonderful and checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly.
The delivery driver was great, and even helped me to move the pallet up to my carport so it wasn’t on the street overnight (super helpful!)
The construction seems solid and it smells delightful. Make sure to buy the maintenance kit when you purchase it so you can properly oil and wax it before first use! We got the Harvia heater and it seems really solid. I do wish it had a pure ON/OFF switch instead of just a timer. But it works really nice for our 3-personal sauna. We live in California, so I would want something a litter more powerful than the base-model Harvia heater for colder climates, since this sauna has a mostly glass front. Also, lots of heat escapes very quickly every time you open the door (but it heats up fairly fast too).
The only thing that needs improvement is the instructions. The installer was a very smart and capable guy, and he figured it out, but it was a bit of a struggle. I wish the company would improve that.
I'll say the back rest is better than no rest at all. It keeps you from leaning into the wood with heating behind- kind be a bit too warm. I cant say I find it comfortable, I do roll up a towel and put at the base behind the rest and in front of wall- it helps keep the base of the rest out a little which keeps it in place and is more comfortable than when the rest is pressed up against the back wood.
Great Sauna! The setup took a whole since there are basically two components; the box and the heater. Auroom does not supply any electrical wiring info other than the integrated track which I did not use. The UL recommendations are to run conduit. I used a Harvia heater. Customer service was super accomodating (had to use them twice) so I was able to put the unit together correctly. The color coding for wiring is also different in Europe than in the US FYI. I highly recommend!

The best service you can ever imagine! Unfortunately, my electrician was not the best, and Nordica was patient, explained every step in detail, and even sent me replacement parts in order to make sure it was properly working. I highly recommend using them!
Sauna is absolutely incredible we had two Therasauna over the past 20 years and this Finnmark heat is noticeably better and heats up faster. The Nordic sauna team to include John in sales and Krizza in service are second to none in a world where customer service is usually not great. This was shipped with a carrier which said they would deliver twice but never did. The carrier never rang the doorbell and claimed the drivers don’t have company phones so they can’t call ahead or during delivery.

Kept me up-to-date from the moment I ordered to my delivery. The product came well packed and was fairly straightforward in the assembly.. this is a fairly large project and requires at least two people. I am very happy with my purchase and looking forward to enjoying my sauna.
Before purchasing the Finnmark Designs sauna, I had an order placed with clearlight saunas. I did not feel clearlight respected me as a customer and, after repeated shipping delays, I canceled my order. I did more research and found the Finnmark Designs FD-3. This sauna seems to beat the clearlight I had originally selected in terms of style, materials, and functionality. The sales people at Nordica Sauna were significantly more caring and helpful. They kept me up to date on my order every step of the way. The sauna was delivered when they said it would be and putting together was relatively simple (though it's a two person job). I've been using it for a few days now and I'm very happy. The materials are as advertised, and it gets very hot. Enjoying every minute of it. Highly recommend both Finnmark and Nordica Sauna.

I got my delivery a week ago and just put together this weekend. The video instruction on you tube was very helpful. So far so good. The audio is great and the construction is solid. It took 2.5 hours to put together. Ive only used twice. It took an hour to get to 125 degrees. So far so good.
We received our Finnmark sauna ahead of schedule, expertly packed and assembly was less than an hour. The sauna works great, heats up fast and we both have used it three times a week since delivery. The customer service at Nordica Sauna has been fantastic! We would recommend both Finnmark and Nordica Sauna to anyone looking for a sauna.
Overall, so far this is a great sauna. Gets me sweating very quickly, and is a good size for either one or two people. If it weren't for a couple of small issues, this would get 5 stars. The issues: the Bluetooth speakers have an audible static noise any time Bluetooth audio is playing... it kinda kills the relaxing vibe. I'm hoping support will help me remedy this. Second, the front beam supporting the sauna door bends slightly when someone enters the sauna, causing the door to not close cleanly (have to force it slightly). I fixed this by adding a small support block to the front of the sauna frame, preventing the bend. Not a huge deal, but an additional included support for this part of the frame would have been nice. Everything else is great, and I love that it heats up quickly and goes to 170 degrees; more than just about all other infrared saunas.
