The Aurora 2-4 person barrel sauna provides room for up to 4 people or you can use the additional bench space to stretch your legs. This 5' deep x 6' wide traditional barrel sauna provides the perfect retreat for your backyard. The Aurora is equipped with a Harvia 6kW electric heater that will reach maximum temperatures of 170-180 degrees Fahrenheit and comes with a built in delay timer allowing you to set the start time up to 8 hours ahead of time so the sauna is ready when you are. The Aurora traditional barrel sauna includes a built-in floor kit and shingled roof for extreme climates.
The accessory kit also includes a thermohydrometer, water bucket with ladle, sand timer, and stones for the heater. Dome interior lighting provides the perfect ambiance and does not require an additional electrical circuit solid red cedar ball and socket construction with stainless steel hardware complete this well-equipped 2-4-person sauna.

SunRay Saunas carries a 7-year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department atwarranty@sunraysaunas.com.
The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the entire structure of the sauna including the heating elements. The radio is covered by a limited 1-Year Warranty. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas outside void the warranty.
Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."
The client must check the goods immediately after delivery. The client must submit a written notice of claims to the supplier within two (2) weeks of discovering the defect or the moment when the defect should have been discovered.
Do not modify the structure of this product. With this product you can only use manufacturer-recommended accessories! Failure to comply with the manual or fire safety regulations can result in a fire or damage to the sauna heater. More detailed information about the fire safety regulations can be obtained from the regional branch of the rescue board, for instance.
The product shall be carefully inspected. Improper use of the product is for instance wrong adjustment of the draft, too large a quantity of firewood burnt in the firebox, too long heating time, wrong arrangement of stones (too much or too tight) and use of salty water ( for instance sea water). The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use of the sauna heater

When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. What if my shipment is damaged?

Cancellations of customer orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds & Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns or exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. Used for the first time yesterday, heated the sauna well, no complaints, and it looks very attractive. The directions it comes with are a disaster, and you will basically be putting it together by yourself, fortunately there are YouTube videos out there that helped greatly, otherwise I would have been completely lost. Also, the manual says you need a 50A breaker, but the module box has a sticker that says 60A, so again more confusion from Huum
Everything from Nordica went great. The SaunaLife X7 had 2 walls with warped wood which made assembly difficult and close to impossible but we were able to muscle it together. Not sure if I would order another SaunaLife product
I have reached out to customer service regarding my malfunctioning control panel with no help or response from customer service. The panel appears to be slightly defective as the plastic is delaminating and there is separation at the seams of the unit. Who wants to admit he spent $300 on a seat cushion? Nordica's request for a review gave me a rueful chuckle.
That said, it does make the FD-1 seat much more comfortable, particularly after I extended the seat 2 inches out from the rear wall, giving much needed support and eliminating the falling-forward feeling I had with the seat inserted fully to the wall.
So I'm glad I bought the damned thing, taking off a star only to assuage my chagrin at my profligacy.
This sauna is something else man. It couldn’t have come into my life at a better time. I was at an all time low, but it has brought back in the light. Thank you, Nordica.
We love our new sauna. It does take a bit of time to heat up-probably about 30 mins. Someone in the family has used it almost everyday since we put it together two weeks ago. It will be used all winter long!
Have always read good things about regular sauna use but never had the extra time or felt guilty for using the extra time in the sauna at the gym. My use there was spotty at best. Now that I have access to our own Sauna it has become a daily ritural and is something that I look forward to. I sleep better, my skin feels and looks better and I have had less respiratory issues than I have had in years past, espeically during these cold winter months. If you are on the fence, just do it! Your health is important and doing something good for yourself is not thowing away money, its an investment in your wellbeing and that friends is invaluable!
The sauna showed up on a massive pallet and was rolled into my garage by the delivery driver. Everything was very securely packaged and I had no damaged parts. Assembly was fairly easy, and two of us had the whole process completed in about 1.5 hours, although you will likely need 3-4 people to get the boxes off the pallet. The sauna is very high quality and is a wonderful wellness treat for our family!
This is a quality product. Definitely a project to put together but amazing in the end. Extremely well made. Couldn’t be happier with this sauna

2nd Sauna from Nordica
I ordered my 2nd Auroom sauna from nordica after a great first experience. 2nd order took much longer than expected due to delays from suppliers but they were communicative throughout. They did what they could to make it right and that’s all you can ask for as a buyer.
Engineered great EXCEPT for the fact that the chimney connection should fit inside of the pipe not over it. Could be a potential problem at some point. The stove itself is nice and works well.
I’ve used the sauna quite a few times. I put a digital thermometer in there. And the temp reads about 138. Not 150 like the sauna thermometer says. That’s a little disappointing
Good looking compared to others, works well. Easy to install. The instructions could definitely use improvement.
On the expensive side, but there aren't many options.
I recommend a hearth pad underneath the heater and not placed directly on a combustible surface.
I tried the Harvia M3 woodstove only once -- It seems like a good woodstove -- the sheet metal on the outside buckled a little bit after starting the first fire but did not impact the performance -- when I get the sauna built I will give an update
So far, I’ve received my gas heaters, but no saunas yet to try and review something that’s sitting on the shop on my floor and I haven’t used would be kind of silly. I’ll let you know when I receive my saunas and so I can install them.
