Charleston 4-Person Indoor Traditional Sauna with 6kW Harvia Heater
The Charleston 4-person indoor traditional sauna allows you to bring friends and family together to relax and enjoy an intense sauna experience in your home. The Charleston includes a 6.0 kW Harvia electric heater. Harvia heaters are world-renowned for providing high-quality electric sauna heaters that produce temperatures up to 170 degrees. The 2-tiered double bench seating allows 4 people to sit comfortably or 2 to lie in the sauna. A water cask and spoon are included to add water to the heater stones to provide humidity and steam for more intense heat.
Standard features include a thermo-hygrometer for displaying the humidity level, interior dome lighting, a ventilation system, and a cabin constructed of natural Canadian Hemlock wood for durable yet naturally appealing decor.
SunRay Saunas carries a 7-year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department atwarranty@sunraysaunas.com.
The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the entire structure of the sauna including the heating elements. The radio is covered by a limited 1-Year Warranty. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas outside void the warranty.
Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."
The client must check the goods immediately after delivery. The client must submit a written notice of claims to the supplier within two (2) weeks of discovering the defect or the moment when the defect should have been discovered.
Do not modify the structure of this product. With this product you can only use manufacturer-recommended accessories! Failure to comply with the manual or fire safety regulations can result in a fire or damage to the sauna heater. More detailed information about the fire safety regulations can be obtained from the regional branch of the rescue board, for instance.
The product shall be carefully inspected. Improper use of the product is for instance wrong adjustment of the draft, too large a quantity of firewood burnt in the firebox, too long heating time, wrong arrangement of stones (too much or too tight) and use of salty water ( for instance sea water). The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use of the sauna heater

When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us atcustomercare@nordicasauna.com.

What if my shipment is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to customercare@nordicasauna.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations of customer orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds & Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns or exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.

After many different outdoor sauna considerations we chose to go with the four person cube CL5G. Working with John from Nordica Sauna has been a very positive experience as John provided multiple quotes on various sauna and heater combinations. I found Nordica Sauna to have very competitive pricing and John willing to take the time to answer every question asked. The shipping and delivery time of the sauna kit and heater was as stated with tracking and without incident. The sauna build and electrical connection was completed this week and my wife and I are enjoying our new sauna experience.
I did plenty of research before purchasing - from barrel sauna kits at Costco to pre-built saunas that were out of my budget. I believe the Saunalife CL5G is best option to meet a close to authentic Finnish sauna at a reasonable price. The quality is great and the support from Nordica has been fast and helpful. Highly recommend!
Everything went well overall, starting with delivery earlier than projected. But the info re: the hard wiring required was not exacting, need to bring electrician back to complete connection for conventional heater that could have been avoided, extra cost incurred. Panels and hardware to put together were exacting though, so kudos for that!
Eric and John were outstanding in helping me pick the perfect unit and heater. The purchasing process and delivery process was seamless. My husband did build this himself, and there were some issues with the instructions specifically the detailed components of the build and the wiring .
It would be beneficial too many Dyi’r if the heating company HUUM drop had more specific directions specific to this sauna. It took us about a week and a half to build it from start to finish. Looking forward to using the unit.
Purchased a sauna from Eric and John they were great customer service reps. The entire process with Nordica sauna has been incredible. My husband did build this and it took a decent amount of time would recommend that Sona life and the developers of the HUUM drop heater partner together to make instructions more clear there were many things that were quite challenging with the details of the unit and the wiring. Overall, very pleased.
Sauna is built and product is sound and enjoyable over the last two weeks, the process from ordering to receiving was an abundance of trouble.
Starting with the ordering process i was told of cost and yes it would be delivered to my residence ( live on an island with 10 min car ferry). After multiple calls and boarder line harassment was told it would be an additional 1000,00 to deliver to address. Upon threatening to cancel order MGR John contacted me to say yes they could deliver at an additional 250.00 cost and would i be willing to write a additional review if he threw in the water bucket and temp gages maybe even the cleaning product. I said yes go with my order and let’s get it done. Well weeeks later without i had to research and make calls to the independent driver that would deliver sauna, to keep from making this a very long story, sauna delivered and crashed onto my property driveway. Entire crate was dropped from truck.fast forward all parts intact and i transported to site of sauna , overlooking a cliff on the water. Brothers weekend helped with the build. It takes three able bodied men to build. In some cases two to hold walls and one to drill screws.must emphasize it had no clear directions on building process, measurements are also in 7.32 inches ( example). Who does that. Watched many Utube videos to complete construction.
Review would be much worse but I am quite happy with the product.
Lastly build time was every bit of 14 hours non stop with the three of us.
Nordica top notch, great sauna, but instructions are abysmal.
First Nordica: They have been top notch to work with as a reseller. I have appreciated the service, availability to chat with consistent support personnel (go Eric!), and the shipping / delivery were painless and high quality.
Second SaunaLife: The sauna itself meets my expectations, which were high. Great quality, follows Loyly, the Finnish sauna principles, and I am anticipating a fantastic experience once I can get the damned thing put together. The instructions couldn't be worse, they make Ikea look great, and you need VERY skilled labor and a very good electrician. At one point you need 3 people for about 30 minutes. So far it has taken 18 man hours and we have another 6 in our future. This time could have been cut in half with discernible instructions. There are a couple decent videos online but SuaunaLife needs to get their act together and either film an instruction video professionally or improve their written instructions by a LOT.
My Nordica sauna is installed and operational. What a delightful experience. I am thoroughly enjoying our new infrared sauna experience. Completely relaxing.
Nordica Sauna was a delight to work with both before the sale while doing my research and after the sauna was delivered.
Everything arrived promptly, even before promised. I was surprised how easily it was to put together. My husband and I did it in less than 2 hours. It heats up fast despite the fact its in our garage. My family came for the holiday and everyone enjoyed at least one visit to the sauna.
I am very pleased with Both the sauna and the heating system. Very effective and easy to use. Plus, the team at Nordica sauna absolutely delivered as promised.
I wish it would get up to 180 but we love it anyway! Wonderful support and follow up. My only issue is there are two very small gaps between the floor and left and right walls that let cool air in.
We use it nearly every night!
I purchased a sauna from Costco and had a horrible experience from the start. Ended up returning it a two months later with out ever getting missing parts shipped out.
I tried Nordica and experienced a great level of service and communication. Concerns were addressed and communication was quick and prompt. The product was much better quality and would recommend them to anyone.
I did months, if not years of research on home saunas. I ultimately landed on this one, both for the quality and offerings of this sauna, but also the excellent customer service. I also wrestled with traditional vs. infrared. Let’s just say I could not have made a better choice. I’m a very experienced sauna user, and this thing gets me sweatier than any sauna I’ve ever sat in. Ordering was a breeze, shipping was very fast and efficient, and set up was under an hour. Thing heats up quickly and is spacious enough for me wife and I to Enjoy. Looks amazing, smells amazing, speakers are awesome. If you’re on the fence, let this be the push you need.
