The warranty on a sauna or sauna product manufactured by Auroom covers defects caused by the manufacturer for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery to the customer. The warranty does not apply if the customer has not notified the seller or the manufacturer of the defect within 30 days of discovering it, or if the defect is not caused by the manufacturer.

This Auroom sauna has a $1,000 flat shipping fee. As an authorized Auroom retailer, we are required to charge this shipping fee.

The weight or packaging of this product requires delivery by special appointment, and on a wooden pallet.
The driver is responsible for curbside delivery “only” and will lower the items to ground level.
Prior to shipping this product, we contact you to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses.

When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at customercare@nordicasauna.com.
No shipping outside the lower 48 States in the USA.
What if my shipment is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to customercare@nordicasauna.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations of customer orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds & Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns or exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).

I will never again buy a product from Nordica. I purchased a heater for a commercial operation, the product did not come in as ordered and when I tried calling and emailing Nordica to get the correct control box for the product NO ONW will answer my email or text. Obviously they do not stand behind their sale of these products. I will never purchase anything form Nordica and I would warn anyone who is thinking about purchasing products from them to look for other companies.

I tried the Harvia M3 woodstove only once -- It seems like a good woodstove -- the sheet metal on the outside buckled a little bit after starting the first fire but did not impact the performance -- when I get the sauna built I will give an update
So far, I’ve received my gas heaters, but no saunas yet to try and review something that’s sitting on the shop on my floor and I haven’t used would be kind of silly. I’ll let you know when I receive my saunas and so I can install them.
Everything was easy: the initial interaction, the order, the shipping and the assembly. It is a very attractive little unit and works great.
Just completed the sauna build and the stove is great; it heats up the 7x7 room quickly. Very appealing design visually and was easy to install. I like the nice size window to watch the fire while sweating away. Delivery to my rural location was easy and well communicated. Definitely happy with the purchase!
I have tried and tried and it gives me error 7,1,0 and I cannot control de sauna via WiFi on the app…
Sorry guys. I love the sauna. But this is NOT the right heater for this sauna. The controls are inaccessible while the heater is on. I’ve been working with the manufacturer on a replacement.

Best online shopping experience yet. Can’t say enough how pleased I am with my purchase and glad I chose Nordica Sauna. I ordered the Auroom Mira L with all the accessories to complete the project. Eric was extremely helpful and patient while answering all of my questions and even reached out to the manufacturer to confirm on a couple of them. Eric and Maja continued to check in after the delivery, during assembly and even after the final assembly to make sure things were good. Highly recommend.
We had a very good experience with Nordica Sauna sales person Eric. Over a period of several months I called him many times to make sure I understood what I was getting to help me figure out what the best sauna for us, and to assure me that if there was a problem he would help us. There was no problem. Everything went perfectly. We are very happy we give Erica 10 and we give the Sauna Finnmark hybrid F-D 4 a 10 as well we could not be happier. We were so worried we would buy the wrong one and now we know that we chose the correct sauna for us. We wanted to Sauna to get really hot and this one does the job. The wood is super good quality smells so good and brand new! Everything works correctly.
It was delivered on time, and it wasn’t too difficult to put together. I do recommend however getting the wires through the top before you try to put it on set it on a box and then take the top panel off and then stick the wires to their appropriate holes so when you put it on the top, you can connect them properly to the ones coming out of the sauna box makes it easier this way when you put it on. Anyhow please send a note if you’d like advice.

This Sauna would help anyone suffering from health problems. I lost 15 pounds in two months without even trying. I wasn’t even dieting I think I lost inflammation. I feel better and healthier since starting using it. We love our Sauna.
I was a little unnerved when the shippers placed a very heavy crate in my driveway during a thunderstorm and drove away. I called Nordic and they told me that although they could not take responsibility for the shippers' behavior, they would take responsibility if there was any damage. I released the straps holding the boxes together and found that everything was very well packed and easy to manage peice by peice with a helper. Assembly was extremely easy! I took one look at the intructions and the order pieces were put together and the rest was obvious. The whole unit was assembled in an hour and when I turned it on, it worked perfectly! I was impressed with the sound from the speakers when I connected my smartphone to the system. All in all, I'm very happy and recommend this company and this product with confidence.

Received the pallet and all looked okay, except 2 boards were extremely bowed which shortened the length just enough so they do not fit into each side of the grooves. The barrel remains unfinished because I cant place them into a V because it's absurd the amount of warping wont let them meet and sit into the grooves. Smells great.
Bought this on a whim, best spontaneous decision ever made. My boyfriend and I love ending our day with a workout and sauna session. Our sleeping has improved and our overall mood has improved.
