The Hampton indoor traditional sauna with a Harvia heater is the perfect getaway for friends and family. The Hampton includes an elevated rear bench and side bench seat for optimal comfort and relaxation for 2-3 people. The Hampton traditional sauna comes with a 4.5kW Harvia electric heater. Harvia heaters are world-renowned for providing high-quality electric sauna heaters that are both durable and dependable.
The dual bench seating layout of the Hampton offers ample space for up to 3 people to enjoy the intense heat while relaxing in comfort against the integrated ergonomic backrest. A water cask and spoon are included to add water to the heater stones to provide humidity and steam for more intense heat. Standard features include a thermo-hygrometer for displaying the humidity level, interior dome lighting, a ventilation system, and a cabin constructed of natural Canadian Hemlock wood for durable yet naturally appealing decor.
SunRay Saunas carries a 7-year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the entire structure of the sauna including the heating elements. The radio is covered by a limited 1-Year Warranty. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas outside void the warranty.
Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."
The client must check the goods immediately after delivery. The client must submit a written notice of claims to the supplier within two (2) weeks of discovering the defect or the moment when the defect should have been discovered.
Do not modify the structure of this product. With this product you can only use manufacturer-recommended accessories! Failure to comply with the manual or fire safety regulations can result in a fire or damage to the sauna heater. More detailed information about the fire safety regulations can be obtained from the regional branch of the rescue board, for instance.
The product shall be carefully inspected. Improper use of the product is for instance wrong adjustment of the draft, too large a quantity of firewood burnt in the firebox, too long heating time, wrong arrangement of stones (too much or too tight) and use of salty water ( for instance sea water). The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use of the sauna heater

When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us atcustomercare@nordicasauna.com.

What if my shipment is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to customercare@nordicasauna.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations of customer orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds & Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns or exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.

We received our Finnmark sauna ahead of schedule, expertly packed and assembly was less than an hour. The sauna works great, heats up fast and we both have used it three times a week since delivery. The customer service at Nordica Sauna has been fantastic! We would recommend both Finnmark and Nordica Sauna to anyone looking for a sauna.
Overall, so far this is a great sauna. Gets me sweating very quickly, and is a good size for either one or two people. If it weren't for a couple of small issues, this would get 5 stars. The issues: the Bluetooth speakers have an audible static noise any time Bluetooth audio is playing... it kinda kills the relaxing vibe. I'm hoping support will help me remedy this. Second, the front beam supporting the sauna door bends slightly when someone enters the sauna, causing the door to not close cleanly (have to force it slightly). I fixed this by adding a small support block to the front of the sauna frame, preventing the bend. Not a huge deal, but an additional included support for this part of the frame would have been nice. Everything else is great, and I love that it heats up quickly and goes to 170 degrees; more than just about all other infrared saunas.

The logistical side was perfect; my sauna actually arrived ahead of schedule, which was a great surprise. However, what really impressed me was their commitment to making sure my setup was perfect. I had a few specific questions during the install, and instead of just giving me a generic answer, Ez went above and beyond. She coordinated directly with their technical team to provide me with a custom set of instructions, complete with photos, to ensure my adjustment was done properly.

The Sauna Life CL5G was a well put together kit. It takes a minimum of 2 to assemble it, but a third person makes it more smooth. No cutting was required is the assembly process. When it comes to the tar paper and shingles, a utility knife and multiple razor blades will be required. It is definitely a 2 day build process and another day for the electrical. Make sure to watch some youtube videos on picking up a few tricks. Also, the door assembly could be better explained. The sauna has been amazing.
Great buying experience! More help and better pricing than a local "wholesaler" in my area. Had a good idea what I wanted but Eric was very helpful trimming it out with a Huum Drop Heater. Still putting everything together but should be sweating soon!
The overall quality and craftsmanship of the sauna is amazing. The instructions on installation of door need a little bit of work but we are extremely happy with the final product.
I had issues with a company that sent me the wrong heater for my newly assembled sauna. I contacted Nordica and they promptly sent me the Finlandia 4.5kW manual control heater. Nordica is a great outfit to deal with. I wish I had bought the sauna from them to begin with. I strongly recommend that you buy with them due to their knowledge and responsiveness.
We had a bumpy process getting the sauna but now that we have it, it’s has been great. It looks great set up and is the wellness retreat I was hoping for.
Just got the cube clg4 sauna life cube sauna from Nordica sauna. The customer service was supreme. They were very knowledgeable and I received my sauna pretty quickly. After finally getting the sauna set up I couldn’t be more happier. It feels solid and built to last. Heats up really well and I finally get to relax in my own sauna in peace or with my wife. An amazing sauna and absolutely amazing experience with nordica sauna
My most favorite investment EVER! I use it almost daily and love that I have the option of switching between traditional and infrared. The 3 person is thr perfect size for my husband and I to sit comfortably.
Spent several thousand dollars purchasing this system which is currently not usable because of a cheap and terribly designed heat sensor. I am stuck in tech support purgatory as I have been told to call back every 15 minutes because they are overwhelmed (should tell you something). I am also being questioned if the part is covered under warranty. Should have done better research on the company and the distributor, shame on me.

Sauna came in perfect and was fairly easy to put together with 3 adults. It takes a while to heat up, but once it does it’s great. Only wish was it had wi-fi capability to heat up in advance. Would be great if they offered a wi-fi upgrade you could purchase to add to it.
Other than the long lead time, the whole process from start to finish was outstanding.
The individual who I worked with during the sales process was both informative and creative. Nothing he told me proved to be false, and he set my expectations carefully and accurately.
Waiting for the Lugano to get into stock, was longer than I had hoped, but it was exactly what was told to me at time of purchase.
The sauna arrived to my Pennsylvania home in January. The driver was tremendous, and was able, when I asked him, to move the small pallet up my short driveway and into my garage. Once I figured out that the Lugano Sauna was being transported by freight train rather than tractor trailer, the route from California became understandable.
The pallet and all of its boxes arrived well put together with no visible damage. There was plenty of strapping and shrink wrap. As a removed the cardboard boxes and began to unpack them, I was impressed with all of the packing materials designed to protect the sauna sections. Plenty of thick cardboard and edge and corner proaction too. In fact, for some of the pieces they used plywood to stiffen and protect the contents as well. Excellent!
I am 73 and my wife 67, 1-2 of the sauna’s sections were too heavy for us to move to the basement. Luckily, I was able to engage a friend who was younger and stronger to help. We had some trouble (the front panel with all the glass) carrying the walls from my garage down and around, into the basement location.
I most definitely needed my friend to help set the sauna up. That front panel with all the glass was still quite heavy for us. Don’t under estimate this. However, once I pre-positioned the sections so they were in the correct orientation for placement on the sauna’s floor, the assembly process was VERY quick. I think it took us under 30 mins to place all the walls onto the floor panel and plug in all the electrical connections.
The Sauna has been working perfectly. (I’ve been using it for around 2 weeks).
The only negative about this infrared sauna, is we find the back wall heating elements ‘over heats’ our arms or backs during warm up. The amount of heat coming from the back panels FAR exceeds the heat felt from the sides, floor and lower bench.
Overall, at this point in time, I very much love the sauna, and would definitely purchase one again from Nordica.

The sauna works great! Nordica made ordering it and paying a portion of it with HSA funds super easy. Directions for assembling it were very clear, though some parts were a bit bulky and heavy, so I recommend having 2 strong men to put it together. Highly recommend!
My wife and I could not be happier with our new sauna. Installation was very simple. Everything worked the moment we turned it on, there were no hiccups. We got the 8 kW heater for this sauna which is slightly on the larger side, but it heats up very quickly and I would definitely recommend it. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.
