We took our best selling commercial pod, stripped it down and streamlined it so it was affordable for the average person. We still kept the durability and beautiful design that Dreampod is known for. The exterior of the Home Pro is handcrafted using the highest quality fiberglass and plastics. Each one is polished to a high glossy finish ensuring a surface that’s not only aesthetically stunning, but easy to clean and maintain. There is a solid foam core embedded inside each one as well. This maximizes soundproofing and heat retention, which allows for a more comfortable float. It also cuts down on the electrical costs of owning a Home Pro.
We designed the Home Pro to easily fit into your home and created an easy to use wired control panel for day to day use. The filtration system comes with an integrated UV light, a 10 micron filter, and a single chemical injector for sanitizing the float solution. These key elements make maintaining the Home Pro easy and stress free.

Float Tank Construction
The inside of the Home Pro is no different. You’ll find the same polished coating as the outside. We also carefully engineered a passive air circulation system into the Home Pro. The soul purpose was creating a superb floating experience without compromising on temperature retention or sound proofing. There’s a soothing LED light inside that can be left on during a float or turned off. If that wasn’t enough, we added an anti slip surface to the floor for added safety.
The Dreampod Home Pro was built with quality and reliability in mind. All of it’s critical components are imported from the United States, Japan, and Europe. Each component holds certifications from the countries respective certifying bodies, ensuring their standard of quality.
How does the Home Pro compare to your regular pods?
We get questions all the time regarding the differences between the Home Pro and our commercial pods, like the V2 and V-Max.People are curious about what it’s like to float inside the Home Pro, the size differences, maintenance, you name it and we’ve been asked. So we thought it best to take a moment and outline some of the differences:
The Home Pro was designed to fit inside your home. We’re clever like that!
So it is smaller than any of our other commercial pods. However, it’s still 2200 mm long by 1100 mm wide (7ft.x3.5ft.)
There’s more than enough space for the average person to float comfortably inside, even with the cover in place. Once you’re laying inside and have found that sweet spot, you’ll be floating for hours.
The Home Pro is one solid piece with a cover. Whereas our commercial pods are multiple pieces and have to be disassembled to be moved into place. We designed the cover of the Home Pro to be simple and functional. It aids in maintaining the float solution’s temperature and helps in creating a sensory free environment for floating.
Just like with any float tank, there is condensation that builds up in between floats. The cover of the Home Pro makes removing the condensation extremely quick and easy so you can get to floating much faster.

Software Control
The Dreampod Home Pro is controlled via an easy to use wired remote control. You will be able to control how long you want to float, the temperature of the water, as well as run the chemical injector for sanitizing the solution.
Connectivity
The Dreampod float tank connects to almost any standard TCP/IP network allowing easy access from anywhere in the facility, wired or wireless. After powering it on you access its control panel via your Laptop or PC, iPhone & iPad.
Business Insight
An easy to understand report gets generated to help you understand the performance of your Dreampod. It includes Number of Sessions, Session Time, Idle Time and Pump & Heating Durations.

This limited warranty only applies to the product manufactured by or for Dream Water Ltd. that can be identified by its designation, the “Dreampod Floatation Pod Series”. The limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Dream Water products and services other than the Product, (b) non-Dreampod hardware product, or (c) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the product. Dream Water Ltd. does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Dream Water Ltd. is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use. The warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified (e.g. to alter functionality or capability) by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd. , or if the Product has components installed that is not approved by Dream Water Ltd. In addition, this Limited Warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non – Dream Water Ltd. approved products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the Product outside permitted or intended uses described by Dream Water Ltd.; or (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd.. This Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the Product to Dream Water Ltd. This is your responsibility.
Warranty coverage:
Dream Water Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Floatation Pod (V2, Vmax, Cabin, Open Pool, Sport, Home Pro) against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of THREE (3) YEARS for all fiberglass material construction and ONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion. In event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at customercare@nordicasauna.com.
No shipping outside the lower 48 States in the USA.
What if my shipment is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to customercare@nordicasauna.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations of customer orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds & Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns or exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.

We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
