I had back surgery eight months ago throughout that time of my two years of injury. I gained weight after purchasing the sauna. My life has changed normal no more soreness. I’ve dropped water retention my skin. My body feels more healthier my joints do also this has been the best turnaround.

This was our first sauna purchase and overall happy from the time we ordered the sauna until delivery. We were notified every step of the way as the sauna was back ordered, but it was delivered a week earlier than expected. Great experience, we love our sauna!

My sauna construction was not as easy as I’d hoped, but Nordica’s customer service was far more helpful and engaging than most others I’ve ever dealt with. Every question I had was answered promptly and completely, even involving the manufacturers when necessary. Inventory was an issue from the beginning and they helped address. Lighting was an issue and they addressed. Getting the heater to work was an issue, and I assumed after doing my own trouble-shooting that I had faulty equipment, but having them help along the way avoided having to replace it that just needed some further explanation.

I shopped around some before landing on Nordica. Bought the Saunalife 6 person outdoor cube with Huum Drop 9 heater. Nordica staff answered my questions and were very knowledgeable. Also price competitive. Delivered on time with no damage or missing parts. Will recommend Nordica to others.

Communication from Nordica was great. My original model was delayed, but they hooked me up with another model that was almost exactly the same (just a different door design). I'm loving it. It was easy to assemble (if you have a strong, handy helper!). He appreciated the easy-to-follow assembly instructions.

The team at Nautica sauna took the time to review all the correspondence and decided that they could’ve advised differently and refunded my shipping. Great experience and communication. When the sauna was delivered and constructed, noticed a door handle was missing. Contacted Nordica and they shipped a handle next day. Would absolutely recommend Nordica to all.
